Activity Days and the Pinewood Derby

For Activity Days this month the girls held a Pinewood Derby. John was going to be in North Carolina all week for work so he cut out Kylie's design before he left. She painted and decorated it and Grandpa Spencer put on the wheels and volunteered to take her to the Derby. She did pretty good! She didn't place overall, but she got 2nd place in 2 races! The girls seemed to have a great time - it was fun to watch their excitement when it was their car's turn to race!
