Siblings can be so cute!

Ammon LOVES the girls! It has been so fun to watch him interact with them - especially as he is starting to laugh more. They are the cutest big sisters. Allie is a mauler - she is going to make him tough if he likes it or not. Kylie has a soothing touch and can get him giggling really fast.

This weekend we took a much needed "mini vacation". We invited John's sister Amanda and her husband Dan to go get pizza with us in Morgan - there is a great little place called Debs Spicy Pie - we love it. Its not so much about the pizza, but just to go for a pretty drive and eat somewhere that isn't a chain restaurant. Something unique. Anyway, it was a trick- we ended up driving the back way to Kamas, over to Park City and home again - my guess is we covered about 100 miles. Maybe we forgot to tell Dan and Amanda that sometimes we do that (going for long drives is a habit of my parents that I NEVER thought I would have picked up, but have learned to love). I guess if John and I offer to take you to Morgan you had better come prepared to spend the day trapped in our minivan, sitting between the girls and playing Polly's (Dan you are so cool).

Love it! One of my favorite parts of parenthood is seeing my kids interact with one another.

I was just thinking of those long Sunday afternoon drives in the car.

Collecting pine cones to take home cover in peanut butter and bird seed then tie a small string around one end and wala! Instant bird feeder hanging in the tree at home.
