This is the first time I have tried to decorate a cake with butter cream frosting and I have decided that I definitely need something other than a butter knife and a baby spoon if I'm going to make it look good :) Even then... maybe some lessons would help?
I feel so lucky that I get to spend my days with this super rad kid. He is a crazy flipper and likes to climb everything he can and then somersault off of it. His latest fascination is the bathtub - without his bather. I can only put in a tiny bit of water and then I have to watch him like a hawk because he LOVES water and is CRAZY in there! He has also learned to crawl into both of our tubs fully clothed. Basically he is banned from every bathroom unless I am in it. And this morning I went to the bathroom and left him in the kitchen and he pushed a chair up to the fridge and pushed the water button - the entire time I was in the bathroom it seemed because the lake on the floor was gigantic. No more going potty for me, I guess. And I can't take him into the bathroom with me because he thinks its SUPER funny to shut the door and turn off the lights while I am sitting across the bathroom. Then he walks around like a mummy with his arms outstretched until he finds me.
That's probably enough info for now..... he is just fun and I love watching him interact with the girls and John - its really cute the way he teases them tickles and kisses them and then runs from them :) We are so lucky to have him!
