Getting ready for Christmas

We've been getting ready for Christmas :) The girls put our little tree up in their room. I told them they were in charge of decorating it (they like to make paper ornaments), but they surprised us by putting all of their jewelry on it :) It's really cute! then they talked John into putting lights around their window.

And they wanted to make sugar cookies :) They were in quite a hurry so I was still in my pjs....

And we finally got our Christmas tree! its beautiful! John took the girls out late one night while I was putting Ammon to bed and of course, they talked him into the biggest one they could find :) They decorated it themselves (except for the top) and it turned out really nice. I didn't get many pictures because I was busy making Ammon's birthday cake, but you get the point...
