I need to write about our Christmas celebrations, but I downloaded the pictures from my camera and I am overwhelmed :) Whenever that happens you get a short and sweet explanation with a LOT of pictures... :)
This year, we began to celebrate Christmas with our traditional trip to Temple Square. It was beautiful as always! We sped through it again, but stopped to watch the nativity, which was lovely. The girls wanted to see what was on top of the Joseph Smith building so we took them up there - they LOVED it! We had a spectacular view of the temple and the lights. On our way out John bought us the yummiest hot chocolate ever at the Navoo Cafe. Oh! And who can forget the bagpipe playing santa? I didn't get a great picture of him because well, I felt dumb sneaking a picture of him :) Did I mention I LOVE the bagpipes?
So cute! Love your snapshots of traditions and Ammon's birthday. Trains and cars, Ben's favorites too...our sons will be best buds if we can bridge this distance and play again :) Big hugs and happy new year!
