This time Doug was unable to take us to the arena, but he let John take Rose for a short ride. Grandma and Grandpa Spencer, and Steve, Tara, Isaac and Audrey came along as well. It was fun to see them all climb onto this super tall horse! John had Rose on the lead rope with the kids and walked Kylie super fast - it was all she could do to hold on :) But she LOVED her new saddle and is already looking forward to the next time she can go.

We attended a small all girls rodeo a few weekends ago. Kalia thought it was fantastic. I could only make it through the goat tie down event. The poor little goats were crying outloud! Funny how the apple fell so far from the tree when it comes to the rodeo.
