Its that time of year

We are kind of party poopers this year when it comes to canning. The only thing we have done so far is salsa (a priority, really)! The girls volunteered to help and I had to get some pictures! Kylie boiled the tomatoes all by herself and Allie peeled and smooshed them with her hands (we don't like to puree them - it makes the salsa too runny). John was trying to make an extra spicy hot batch. Sadly, its barely spicy at all, which is just perfect for me! I honestly think its our yummiest batch yet!
