Game Nights

John and I play a lot of board games with the girls. Last year they got a Princess Yahtzee game from their friends so we played that A LOT. My favorite game to play with them is the princess version of crazy eights. We can't play Old Maid anymore - too many tears. Luckily we got a new kids game for Christmas - Sequence for kids. Its great for younger kids and keeps John and I entertained. Last week we played scrabble - its kind of tough to keep building on all of the three letter words that Kylie knows so we made Kylie be on John's team and Allie on mine. I'm not sure the words were much longer that way. They have also been begging us to play risk so we finally gave in and played with the mission cards - they lost interest pretty quickly. I guess our girls are just not that in to conquering the world yet. I don't know why not, I enjoy it.

Its nice to be able to spend time doing things together that ALL of us enjoy - I hope we never forget to have fun together :)
